How to Enter:

• Contestants must complete and submit the official registration form.

• A $25 registration fee is required at the time of audition registration.

• Each participant will receive a $50 Cloud 8 cash voucher upon registration.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

• Open to individuals aged 16 and over.

• Contestants must be available for all rounds of the competition, including the final.

• Contestants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.

• Contestants must be residents of Australia or hold a valid visa for the competition period.

2. Audition Process:

• All auditions will be held in person at Cloud 8 Karaoke.

• Contestants must prepare and perform one song under 1 minute with no background music.

• Late arrivals may forfeit their audition opportunity.

• Judges' decisions are final and based on vocal ability, originality, stage presence, and overall performance.

3. Competition Rounds:

• Contestants who pass the auditions will enter a 1 vs 1 Battle Stage, consisting of multiple head-to-head rounds where they will perform one full song with music in each round.

• Winners of the battle rounds will move on to the semi-final, performing one song.

• Top finalists from the semi-final will advance to the grand final, held on stage, where they will also perform one song.

• Failure to attend any round without prior notice may result in disqualification.

4. Prizes:

• Cash prizes will be awarded after the grand final.

• Gift prizes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

• Prize winners may be required to present valid identification and sign an acknowledgment form to claim their prize.

• Taxes or any additional costs incurred in relation to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Promotion & Media Release:

• By participating, contestants agree to allow Cloud 8 to use photos, videos, and performance footage for promotional purposes across social media and marketing materials.

• Contestants may be featured in promotional campaigns, interviews, or press coverage related to the event.

• No additional compensation will be provided for use of media content.

6. Conduct & Disqualification:

• All participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior throughout the event.

• Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward other contestants, staff, or judges will result in immediate disqualification.

• Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during performances is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to the Event:

• Cloud 8 Karaoke reserves the right to alter dates, venues, or event formats due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Any changes will be communicated via Cloud 8's official platforms.

8. Acceptance of Terms:

• By registering and participating, all contestants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions in full.
