Room Rates

Final Authority: Cloud 8 Karaoke reserves the right of final interpretation and explanation for all promotional mechanics, rules and eligibility.
Modification: We reserve the right to amend, extend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Non-Transferable: Discounts and promotional vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.

No "Stacking": Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers, vouchers, corporate rates, or any discounts.
One Per Group: Limit of one promotional offer per room, per session, or per group visit.
Booking Requirements: Promotions may be valid for "Walk-ins only" or "Advance bookings only" as specified in the advertisement.

Expiry: Offers are only valid during the dates and times explicitly listed on the advertisement.
Blackout Dates: Promotions may not be valid on Public Holidays, Eves of Public Holidays, or Fridays & Saturdays unless otherwise specified.
Subject to Availability: All bookings are subject to room availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

Admission Rules: All guests using a promotion must still adhere to Cloud 8 Karaoke’s standard house rules as per the Condition of Entry.
Verification: Cloud 8 Karaoke reserves the right to request valid identification or the original digital/physical coupon to verify eligibility for the promotion.
